ABC has started releasing sneak peeks to the season premiere of "Brothers & Sisters". First clip shows an interaction among Kitty, Robert and Kevin while the second one shows a family feud between Nora and Holly. Showing a support, Kitty accompanies her husband in doing a TV interview. She happens to talk about an irrelevant topic about Robert talking in his sleep. Kevin convinces her that the interview is fine despite the lame statement. Meanwhile, a celebration turns a disaster when Nora and Holly break the rules of their agreement. Holly rewards Justin and Rebecca a car as an engagement gift, something that irks Nora because they had a deal on giving nothing but a party. The conversation leads to how Holly had an affair with William while he was alive.

'Brothers and Sisters' Season 4 Promo: Good and Bad News
Justin and Rebecca finally take a new step up in their relationship but a Walker takes a step down in her health.

One highlighted moment that will take place in the fourth season of "Brothers & Sisters" is Justin putting a ring into Rebecca's finger. A TV spot has been released, showing also Nora's mom coming into town and the Walker that got a devastating news about her health. According to some scoops released earlier, Nora and Holly will throw an engagement party for Justin and Rebecca which is not exactly going smooth. Plus, the relationship itself will go down the rocky road now that Justin is juggling time to attend medical school. Meanwhile, the Walker who got ill is none other than Kitty. The preview does not give what kind of disease she suffers but it shows Amy Aquino, who plays the doctor treating her case, touching the sides of Kitty's neck. "Brothers & Sisters" returns on September 27. Other guest stars coming this season will be Peter Gerety (as a former business partner of William Walker who takes interest in Ojai Food) and Joe Morton (as a med-school mentor for Justin). In the meantime, "Brothers and Sisters: The Complete Third Season" DVD has been on sale starting September 1 for those who would like to catch up before the new season begins.
ABC (finally) set a Sept. 27 return for the Walkers. Among the storylines you can watch for this fall: Kitty and Robert are still putting on a "happily married" façade as he runs for governor, Kevin and Scotty hope for a baby, and Justin's busy pursuing his doctor dream. Joe Morton will appear in 7 to 10 episodes this season as Justin's med-school mentor. Justin isn't much of a student, it seems. Luckily, Morton's character will cut Justin some slack because of his military-service background. (TV Guide)
Come September on Brothers & Sisters, it'll be Nora versus Holly (Sally Field and Patricia Wettig, Round 88, as the dueling mothers-in-law-to-be plan a season-premiere engagement party for their betrothed kids, Justin and Rebecca. Expect Happy Days mom Marion Ross to pop back in as Nora's mom, Ida. This headache will pale in comparison to the sworn enemies' disagreement over their kids' November-sweeps wedding – a fairy-tale event that will likely see the return of former series regulars Balthazar Getty (Tommy), Sarah Jane Morris (Julia), Ken Olin (back as David, to walk his daughter down the aisle) and possibly the debut of Holly's mama. When she lands back in California, on her arm will be gorgeous actor Gilles Marini as her new French beau. Per executive producer Monica Breen, Gilles' character (who is still awaiting a name) will "make Sarah really think about her views on men. He will be an amazing challenge for her."
